Olá Pessoal,
Apesar desse arquivo está com defeito (sem som) resolvi publicar o link. Outra coisa curiosa é que o arquivo tem inexplicáveis 376 MB, quando o vídeo tem duração de menos de uma hora e a resolução não é das melhores. Mesmo assim, quem quiser aproveitar enquanto funciona (já que o link vive caindo), sirva-se!

O treinamento com Jiang Jialiang também está disponível na rede Bittorrent, porém com uma grande melhora: o arquivo está com áudio e seu tamanho é menor, e olhe que a qualidade da imagem é a mesma.
