it´s the full match, 1h 1min.,
The original TV-stream have 4,23GB, 1080p, average Bitrate 8869 Kbps.
The match ist recoded, because the storage on the File-hoster is limited.
It is 2pass recoding to 1,96GB, 1080p, average Bitrate 3968 Kbps, max Bitrate 8000 Kbps.
(It is imperative that the max. Btrate is high (8000). This is for scenes with fast horizontal camera panning. All the spectators in the background will be new calculated in each frame.
In scenes without camera panning the background is only copy for some frames, here is a low Bitrate (3000) absolute enough.)

yeah, TTshortForm are right, baidu cloud is most popular cloud storage in China
and its now provide free **2TB** online storage for an account,
with 2TB online storage, I believe this can solve your File-hoster limitation issues.
normal user able to upload a single with max **2 GB** while
VIP user able to upload a single file with max **20 GB**
